The Labrador Retriever is a suitable breed as a kennel dog. They are known for their friendly and outgoing nature, making them great with other dogs and people. They are also highly trainable and adaptable, which is important for a kennel environment. Additionally, their medium to large size and high energy levels make them well-suited for the active and social atmosphere of a kennel. **

The poor care in a dog kennel can be improved by implementing better training and education for the staff on proper animal care and handling. Additionally, increasing the staffing levels to ensure that each dog receives adequate attention and exercise can greatly improve their well-being. Providing a clean and comfortable living environment, as well as regular veterinary care and proper nutrition, are also essential for improving the care of dogs in a kennel. Finally, implementing regular inspections and oversight to ensure that the kennel is meeting all necessary standards for animal care can help to improve the overall quality of care provided. **
